About The Packaging
- All orders are packed by hand by myself.
- Larger orders will be shipped in a small box (which fits the size of a large letter) and will have bubble wrap for protection.
- Anything larger will be send in a mail bag/small parcel box size with a mix of packaging for protection.
- If you have accessibility issues please dm me or leave a note in your order so I can pre-peel the film from the acrylic items and make the packaging easier to undo <3
About Shipping
-Orders with pre-order items will be held until pre-order items arrive - check my socials for updates
-After you get a shipping alert please allow up to 1 week (UK), 2 weeks (EU) and 3 weeks (WW) before contacting me about a lost parcel
-I take video proof of me posting every parcel I am not responsible for lost mail once it leaves my hands. Refunds are not available for shipping loss, however you may chose between re-ordering your items and receive free shipping, or a flat discount rate of 20% on your next order
- I am not responsible for local VAT/Customs or delivery charges
- I am not responsible for tarrif or import fees (US Customers see below)
US CUSTOMERS
- I am not responsible for paying the current 35% tarrif fees on all US address orders. This is baked into your shipping price, and the price will increase based on the value of your cart. There is no loophole, and no current way around this in how I ship. If this changes - this page will be updated. (30/08/2025)
Refunds
- I do not offer refunds unless a genuine reason with evidence is shown. eg; missing items from order. I will NOT accept refunds for lost mail, wrong addresses or damage during postage.
